I reached out to Regenix with a few questions after my first message, and the follow-up wasn’t great. It took longer than I expected to get a response, and when they did reply, it felt a bit rushed, like they hadn’t really read through what I originally wrote.
To be fair, they did eventually answer, so I’m giving 2 stars for that. But compared with other companies I’ve contacted for similar health-related questions, the communication just didn’t feel as clear or reassuring. It made me a little hesitant to move forward with them.

My first impression of regenix was positive, and after using it for a few months, I’m still happy with it. My hair definitely looks a bit thicker now, especially when I see it in photos. It’s not some overnight miracle, but the change has been noticeable enough that I feel good about sticking with it.

I signed up and the billing went through without any issues. When I decided to cancel, it was straightforward too. Nothing overly fancy, but it did what I needed and didn’t make things difficult.

I was surprised by how quickly it arrived. I’ve had plenty of orders take forever, so getting this earlier than expected was a really nice change

I used it and felt fine the whole time. No weird side effects or anything that made me stop and think, like... yeah, it was just normal for me.

I’m not even exaggerating when I say this felt completely tailored to me. They actually listened to what I needed and built the treatment around me, not some generic one-size-fits-all plan. I could tell right away it wasn’t just a standard routine.

My order arrived in really good shape this time. The box was clean, the packaging felt solid, and nothing was leaking or crushed. I was relieved because I’ve had enough questionable deliveries lately that my trust is a bit worn down. This one went smoothly, though, so I’m happy with how it showed up.

Regenix was fine overall. Nothing terrible happened and the service was actually decent, so I don’t want to sound too harsh. But at the same time, for what it costs, I was expecting a little more. It’s not bad at all, just not something I’d call a great deal. Maybe it works well for other people, but for me it felt a bit overpriced.

I had what I thought was a basic question, so I sent them a message and figured I’d hear back soon. A few days went by and I didn’t really get an actual answer, so I tried again, but it still felt like nobody was really paying attention over there.

It annoyed me more than maybe it should have, but if support is this hard to reach, it makes me worry about the whole thing. The product might be totally fine, I don’t know, but the lack of help made me lose trust fast

I’ve been using the Regenix stuff for a few weeks now, and the first thing I noticed was the scent. It’s clean and light, not super perfumy or weird, which I really appreciate!!

The texture is really nice too. It goes on smooth, spreads easily, and doesn’t leave my hair or hands feeling sticky afterward.
I also like that it doesn’t have that heavy product feel. It’s a simple thing, but it makes me actually want to keep using it...

My refund didn’t come through right away, and I had to send a few emails to follow up, but they did get it fixed in the end. I’m sure other customers would appreciate a quicker process, but overall it worked out fine for me.

I was looking into Regenix the main thing that slowed me down was trying to figure out the pricing. It wasn’t super clear at first what the costs were or what was included, and for anyone else checking it out, I’d suggest asking those questions early so you know what you’re getting into.

The support team did get back to me and answered what I needed, which I appreciated. I don’t think it’s a bad experience overall, but since this seems like something you’d stick with over time, clearer pricing up front would make it a lot easier for people to decide.

The site was easy to use for the most part, but a few sections were confusing at first. I did end up finding what I needed, but it took way more clicks than I expected, and waiting around while trying to figure it out got frustrating.

I used this for a decent amount of time hoping it would help calm my scalp down, but I didn’t notice much of a difference. The dryness and itching were still there, and on some days it almost felt a little worse. For the price, I expected at least some kind of improvement. In the end, I wouldn’t buy it again

Overall, I’d say it’s decent. Not a miracle, but not a waste either. I think it’s the kind of thing where you need to stick with it and give yourself some reassurance along the way, because the results aren’t always obvious day to day.

I tried Regenix for a bit, i just didn’t notice much happening early on. Maybe it works better for other people or depends on your situation, but for me, the results felt really slow. For what it costs, I kind of expected to see something sooner, or at least feel like it was doing more than it did.

The staff were actually very professional and friendly, which I appreciated. The wait was a bit longer than I’d hoped, but I guess patience is part of the experience. Overall, decent
